Teresa J. Rasmussen
President and Chief Executive Officer
Teresa (Terry) Rasmussen has overall leadership responsibility for Thrivent, guiding the organization as it fulfills its promise to help people achieve financial clarity so they can live lives of meaning and gratitude. She is also a member of the Thrivent Board of Directors. Prior to her role as president and CEO, she was president of Thrivent's fraternal business after serving 10 years as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary.
Kelly Baker
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Kelly Baker is responsible for the teams that provide strategic human resources advice and enterprise support for talent acquisition, benefits and compensation, organizational design, diversity and inclusion, and workforce culture and effectiveness. Under her leadership, Thrivent is making strategic talent and resourcing decisions that ultimately help the organization meet the needs of current and future clients.
Brett Brunick
Executive Vice President, Chief Digital and Technology Officer
Brett Brunick oversees all digital, data and technology activities at Thrivent. His focus is leading a digital transformation that will deliver experiences that meet and exceed the changing needs of Thrivent clients today and into the future to help them achieve financial clarity, enabling lives of meaning and gratitude.
Mary Jane Fortin
Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer
Mary Jane Fortin leads a division that includes all commercial operations of Thrivent: distribution; product management; life, health and annuity product operations; and national community and membership engagement. Her focus is on delivering a great customer experience through multiple distribution channels and helping more people achieve financial clarity, enabling lives of meaning and gratitude.
Paul R. Johnston
Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary
Paul Johnston oversees teams that are stewards of Thrivent’s relationships and resources, including legal and compliance, business ethics, corporate governance, corporate and government affairs, corporate security and business resilience, employee relations, privacy, distribution operations, and facilities and real estate functions.
Greg McCullough
VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF OF STAFF TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Greg McCullough partners with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to prioritize work, align resources and track enterprise performance. He also plans interactions with Thrivent's Board of Directors and other stakeholders and manages teams within Thrivent Charitable.
David S. Royal
Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer
David Royal oversees all asset management activities at Thrivent, including investments for Thrivent’s General Account, mutual funds, banking and trust, and mergers and acquisitions. His focus is on providing comprehensive investment and banking solutions through products, programs and advice to help clients achieve financial clarity.
Carolyn Sakstrup
Executive Vice President, Chief Growth and Generosity Officer
In her role, Sakstrup oversees building the organization's brand, delivering an exceptional, integrated client experience and enhancing generosity offerings. She'll use client insights to advance Thrivent's transformation into a digital-first, holistic financial services organization and will define our generosity strategy to mobilize clients to do good in communities.
Vibhu Sharma
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Vibhu Sharma oversees finance and actuarial at Thrivent, including managing expenses and making investments to continue to transform the organization into a holistic financial services organization. He joined the organization in 2019 as senior vice president and chief financial officer.

Bonnie E. Raquet
Chair of the Board
Bonnie Raquet has been a member of the Thrivent Board of Directors since 2010 and was elected to serve as chair of the board, effective February 2018. She also serves as chair of the Executive committee and as a member of the Governance committee. In her leadership role, Raquet guides the board as it provides fiduciary and strategic oversight to Thrivent in its transformation to become a holistic financial services organization. She brings together the collective wisdom and experience of the board members to ensure that Thrivent fulfills its promise to help people achieve financial clarity, enabling lives full of meaning and gratitude.

Deborah (Debbie) Ackerman joined the Thrivent Board of Directors in 2020. She serves on the Finance and Audit and Investment committees. With her leadership experience in the financial services industry, Ackerman helps ensure that Thrivent remains strong and stable and is well-positioned to help people achieve financial clarity, enabling lives of meaning and gratitude.
N. Cornell Boggs III
Vice Chair of the Board
N. Cornell Boggs III has been a member of the Thrivent Board of Directors since December 2013. He serves as vice-chair of the board, as chair of the Governance committee, and as a member of the Human Resource, Strategy and Executive committees. With his exceptional leadership abilities, Boggs guides the board as it helps Thrivent transform into a holistic financial services organization, helping people achieve financial clarity so they can thrive with purpose.
Kenneth A. Carow

Kenneth (Ken) Carow was elected to the Thrivent Board of Directors in February 2013. He serves on the Finance and Audit committee and Human Resource committee. With his experience in finance and higher education, Carow helps ensure Thrivent remains strong and stable and its workforce is enabled to help people achieve financial clarity, so they can make the most of what they’ve been given.
Bradford N. Creswell

Bradford (Brad) Creswell has been a member of the Thrivent Board of Directors since February 2018. He serves on the Investment and Strategy committees. His deep experience in finance, investments and business helps ensure that Thrivent remains strong and stable and can deliver on its promise to help people achieve financial clarity, so they can make the most of all they’ve been given.

Lynn Crump-Caine has been a member of the Thrivent Board of Directors since August 2016. She serves on the Governance, Human Resource and Strategy committees of the board. With her deep experience in executive management, operations and business, Crump-Caine helps ensure that Thrivent delivers on its promise of helping people achieve financial clarity, so they can make the most of all they’ve been given.

Eric Draut has been a member of the Thrivent Board of Directors since February 2015. He currently chairs the Finance and Audit committee and serves on the Investment and Executive committees. Kirk Farney has been on the Thrivent Board of Directors since November 2011. He chairs the Strategy committee and serves as a member of the Finance and Audit and Executive committees.
