Benefits for what matters most

Our benefits, tools and resources help you focus on what matters most - whether that’s meeting a community need, dealing with the unexpected, or finding inspiration and guidance.

The path to membership

We warmly extend a hand to individuals who are Christian, seeking to live out their faith; spouses of Christians who seek to live out their faith, or youths being raised in the Christian faith. Depending on your needs, we offer two classes of membership: Associate Membership and Benefit Membership.

What is a fraternal organization?

A fraternal benefit society is a not-for-profit organization owned by its membership. Fraternal organizations are unique – and that uniqueness is what makes us different from other financial services companies. We provide mutual benefits and support to our clients and their communities.

Fraternal benefit societies:

Have a membership that shares a common bond. For Thrivent, that bond is Christianity.

Provide protection and risk management, like life insurance. Check out the life and health protection products we offer.

Have local branches that carry out the organization’s good works in communities across the country. Find a Thrivent Member Network near you.

Have a fraternal or benevolent purpose. See how membership empowers you and others to achieve financial clarity and live generous lives.
